Orders are shipped via UPS Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. 2nd Day orders are shipped Monday - Friday after 12 PM.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of credit card authorization and you will receive an order confirmation email. Once processed, you will receive your order within 2-7 business days.

-We accept returns of products within 14 days of delivery.

-Returns can take up to 14 days for our fulfillment center to receive and process.

-We will only accept returns for items that are new and unused with the original tags attached. Items that have been worn, altered or washed may not be returned.

-Once your return is processed, you will receive an email confirmation and a refund credit to your statement within 2-9 business days.

-Exchanges are subject to availability.



-All merchandise returned must in new condition - unworn, unused, unwashed, with original tags attached.

-Exchanges/Returns must be received within 14 days of the order delivery date.

-Exchanges/Refunds are processed within 14 days after the return delivery date.

-Final Sale: Any merchandise discounted at 45% or higher is FINAL SALE. No exchanges or returns will be accepted for final sale items. 

-Once a return or exchange has been processed, we will send you a prepaid UPS shipping label via email.

-All return merchandise can be shipped using the prepaid UPS shipping label.

-If you would prefer to use a shipping method of your choice, please provide a tracking number. Lost returns without a tracking number will not be accepted.

-We reserve the right to deny refunds or credits if the returned items does not meet our return policy requirements.

-Returns will be credited to the original payment method used for purchase within 2-9 business days

-If your return is made past the 14 day window it may be allowed for store credit.

-No returns for store credit will be considered after 35 days of delivery date.
